All the staff were always very helpful and friendly! Great location to ski, less than 100m walk to the lifts and having the ski hire shop within the hotel is great too. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good value stay in La Plagne! 😞 - My only note would be to light the dorms up a bit, it felt a bit dark in there. Ideally located to walk out onto slope. I left a piece of jewellery in our room when we left and they posted it over to me. The impression of being in prison . With a 30 cm view of a half-asbestos, half-polystyrene painted ceiling, your rooms for 4 need to be redesigned.suiteread less Charly08 Fév 2024

- Great hotel, facilities, meals and staff and Ski Resort. Would happily return to HO36 & Les Menuire 😀 - Great. Andrew08 Fév 2024Fabulous hotel, very comfy, friendly staff, awesome location & looking forward to coming back in December 2024 😀 - The location of the hotel was brilliant, this was my first ski trip to Les Menuires, my children normally go here with school but to a different hotel, but was within walking distance of the main slope, was a great ski in / ski out location to take you down to 3 chair lifts which takes you on a variety of runs & also a short walk to pick up equipment from Intersport & the local supermarket. The staff were really friendly & helpful when I was asking about staying again in December. 😞 - I was a little disappointed that the bathroom only had a handheld shower & no shower on the wall or shower curtain, so to have a shower was a little difficult although not impossible.
