GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

PRESENTATION

The employees of the hostel are free to refuse to receive guests whose dress is indecent or negligent, guests whose behavior is noisy or improper, guests whose behavior is contrary to morality and public order.

PAYMENT

When booking online (via our website or other platforms), credit card details (Visa or Mastercard) are requested. For non-refundable reservations, the system immediately debits the card used to make the reservation for the total amount of the stay (hors tourist tax). For refundable rate bookings, cards are debited at the time of booking (except in Lyon, where cards are debited 72 hours before arrival). In the event of cancellation within the period specified at the time of booking, the refund will be made to the credit card used to make the reservation. For bookings made on site, the balance of the stay is payable on arrival. We accept the following methods of payment: cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). Customers paying in cash must present a valid credit card. This card may be debited if we find that the customer has smoked or damaged any equipment in the hotel. We also ask all guests to show proof of identity. In the event that you are unable to provide us with identification and a credit card, we will be entitled to refuse your room rental request.

IN CASE OF INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY

No refunds will be made. Similarly, in the event of early departure, the stay is due in full. Under no circumstances can late arrivals or early departures give rise to a refund.

CANCELLATION

For non-refundable rates, All cancellations will incur a charge equivalent to the full amount of the stay (hors tourist tax). For other rates, cancellations must be received within the period specified in the confirmation e-mail to be cancelled without charge. After this deadline, unless otherwise specified, the full amount of the stay is due. Cancellation by us is only possible if the reservation was made directly and not through an online travel agency (OTA), otherwise the traveler must contact the site on which he/she made the reservation (e.g. booking.com or hostelworld).

NON PRESENTATION / NO SHOW

If you do not show up on the day of your reservation without notifying us, you will be charged in full (including long stay).

RESERVATION CHANGE

Only direct reservations (by phone, email or on www.ho36.com) can be modified by us (e.g. change of date or establishment). Reservations made via OTA must be modified via OTA (e.g. Booking.com).

MAXIMUM LENGTH OF STAY

For reasons of hygiene and safety, the total duration of a stay is 5 nights. In the event of a longer stay, a change of room/bed may be requested by the team.

TOURIST TAX

Tourist tax is not included in the booking price. It is applicable according to age. The amount varies according to the city and date of stay. Please refer to the booking interface or consult the rates directly at the hotel reception desk or on request.

RECOURS

IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE CUSTOMER OF ONE OF THESE PROVISIONS, THE HOTEL OWNER WILL BE OBLIGED TO LEAD THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT WITHOUT ANY COMPENSATION. ho36 reserves the right to change booking and cancellation conditions at any time. The conditions at the time of booking will be taken into account.
