RULES AND REGULATIONS

ACCESS TO ROOMS

Rooms are available from 4pm and must be vacated by noon the next morning. Caution: in case of departure after noon, a late check out will be charged (15€ in HOTEL and 5€ in HOSTEL). If you wish to keep the room for an additional night, the room must be paid before noon, if it is still available. In addition, your room is booked for a certain number of people; to ensure the security of the hotel you must not in any case host additional people. Please make sure your bedroom door is closed before leaving the room.

BANS

We remind you that there is a smoking ban in effect in all the places that welcome a public since January 2, 2008. It is absolutely forbidden to smoke in the rooms for obvious reasons of safety and comfort. If we caught you smoking, you will have to pay from 80 € to 150 € in order to restore the room in condition (work of the maids, linen fees, potential non-renting of the room). It is forbidden to use gas appliances in bedrooms, for example: stove, etc.

ANIMALS

Animals are not accepted, whatever they are.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast: 8€. Served from 6.30am until 11am every day except Sunday when it ends at 10.30am.

DEGRADATION

We ask you to respect places as well as the decoration of your room. In case of degradation, the customer will have to incur civil liability. It also includes the disappearance of articles. We will be able to debit your credit card at any time if we consider that the damage caused or the disappearances observed generate costs. Each item in your room has a set price, you can see the list at the reception.

BRACELET

During your stay, a bracelet allowing you free access to your room is given to you. In case of loss, you will have to pay 5€ per bracelet.

NUISANCE

For the respect of all residents, please do not slam doors or make too much noise especially between 9pm and 8am. Any noise related to the behavior of a person may cause the customer to leave the establishment without the need for acoustic measurements - provided that the noise generated is likely to undermine the tranquility of the clientele (articles R.1334-30 and R1334-31 of the Code of Public Health). A hotel room is a place of rest. All commerce is strictly forbidden. Any stay implies acceptance of the rules and regulations. IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE CUSTOMER OF ONE OF THESE RULES, THE HOTEL WILL BE OBLIGED TO CONDUCT THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT WITHOUT ANY INDEMNITY.
