GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE 

PRESENTATION

The employees of the hostel can refuse customers whose look is indecent or neglected, customers with noisy or incorrect behavior, customers whose behavior is contrary to morality and public order.

PAYMENT

When making a reservation on the internet (via our website or other platforms), the credit card details (Visa or Mastercard) are requested. For non-refundable reservations, our system immediately debits the card used for the reservation for the total amount of the stay (excluding tourist taxes). For other reservations, the cards are debited between 72 hours before arrival and the day of arrival. For on site reservation, the balance of the stay is payable on arrival. We accept the following payment methods: cash and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard). If the client pays in cash, he must still present a valid credit card for which we will pre-authorize the total amount of the night. This may be charged if we find that the customer has smoked, damaged or stolen equipment within the hotel. We will also ask anyone staying in our establishment to present a piece of identification. In case you can not provide us with ID and credit card, we will not be able to access your request for room rental.

IN CASE OF INTERRUPTION OF THE STAY

There will be no refund. Similarly, in case of early departure, the stay is due in its entirety. Delays on arrival or early departures can not be refunded.

CANCELLATION 

HOTEL + HOSTEL: for non-refundable rates, any cancellation will result in the invoicing of fees equivalent to the total amount of the stay (excluding tourist taxes). For the other rates, the cancellation must be received before 72 hours, i.e. three full days before the arrival date (Monday for Thursday) to be canceled without charge. Beyond this period, the first night is due (only the first night if cancellation previously communicated otherwise it is a no show and the entire stay is due). We can only cancel if the booking was done on our website or at the reception, and not on an online travel agency (OTA), otherwise the traveler must contact the site on which he chose to make a reservation (ex: hostelworld). Caution: in case of a busy period such as Sirha or the Festival of Lights in Lyon, ho36 reserves the right to change the terms of reservations and cancellations.

NOT PRESENTATION / NO SHOW

If you do not show up the day of your reservation without telling us, you will be fully charged (including long stay).

MODIFICATION RESERVATION

Only live bookings (by phone, mail or on www.ho36.com) may be modified by us (eg change of date or establishment). Reservations made via OTA must be modified via OTA (ex: Booking.com).

MAXIMUM STAY

For obvious reasons of hygiene and security, the total duration of a stay is 5 nights. If a request for a longer stay comes in, a change of room / bed may be discussed.

TOURIST TAX

The tourist tax, not included in the price of the reservation, is in effect in Lyon. It is currently 0,83€ per person per night. Any reservation entails the implicit acceptance of the general conditions of sale. IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE BY THE CUSTOMER OF ONE OF THESE PROVISIONS, THE HOTEL WILL BE OBLIGED TO CONDUCT THE CUSTOMER TO LEAVE THE ESTABLISHMENT WITHOUT ANY INDEMNITY
